I had an amazing experience buying my 2006 Toyota Avalon from Lakes Area Auto Solutions. From the moment I stopped to look at the car, Gage was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had owned Avalons himself, so he was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction without ever making me feel pressured. It was obvious he knew the vehicle inside and out.Throughout the entire process, Gage took the time to work with both my parents and me to make sure we were comfortable with everything. He was very reasonable during negotiations, helped us reach a great price, and even included a warranty, which gave us a lot of confidence in the purchase.One thing that really stood out was how much effort they put into preparing the vehicle. They didn’t just fix the obvious things—they took care of the little details too. If I noticed something, they addressed it. Even issues I didn’t mention were taken care of before I picked it up. They were honest about what had already been done, explained what maintenance I might expect down the road, and made sure I understood the car without trying to sell me things I didn’t need.Communication was excellent from start to finish. Phone calls were returned quickly, questions were answered honestly, and they kept me updated while they were getting the Avalon ready. Even though they were busy, they always made time to help me.Since buying the car, I’ve really enjoyed owning it. I’ve already started upgrading it with new lighting and other maintenance, and it’s been an excellent vehicle. You can tell they cared about selling a quality car rather than just making a sale.I would absolutely recommend Lakes Area Auto Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable used vehicle. Everyone I met there was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They have a great selection of vehicles, and every time I drive by, I enjoy seeing what they’ve brought in next. Awesome service, honest and greatly appreciated!! I stopped in quick to look and talked to Josh…I was so impressed with him I went back the next day…He let men drive the Pilot to my mechanic. I traded in my Tahoe, bought a Honda Pilot and a great warranty! They even did some repairs no charge!! Thank you Josh and team!!

Great experience from start to finish! The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their customer service—even after the sale. When a small issue came up, they handled it quickly and went above and beyond by putting us in a different vehicle for the weekend. That kind of care and commitment is hard to find. Highly recommend this lot to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a team you can trust!

It was a pleasant experience! Gage and Josh both super easy to talk to, I felt no pressure, and it really just made shopping for a vehicle that much easier. From what I seen its a very honest shop, and they take pride in what they do. It didnt seem like a rehearsed sales pitch, or a spiel to run through. Just real conversation. Real people.

They are very woman friendly when buying a vehicle from them. If you find something that needs to be fixed or serviced within a timely manner they will take care of it for you. Very Good experience we bought a Toyota Sienna van. Gage and Josh are very nice to work with definitely not pushy on trying to make you buy something you don’t want like other dealerships around. Will be coming back for sure!
